Looking for a student to sublet one room for May - August.
Located in a spacious three bedroom apartment in Costa Verde. The room is big enough for my full-sized bed, desk, chair, dresser and bookshelf!! The room has two windows, and the unit has central air, so it stays very cool in the summer.
Washer/Dryer in unit. The unit is in the corner of the top floor, so it is very quiet. Convenient location right next to the first stop on the Arriba shuttle line.
There are two other UCSD students who live in the apartment and they are quiet, clean, responsible, smoke-free and totally awesome.
Rent is $675 plus about $60 for utilities. Available now!
