One Big master room for summer Jun. 24 to Sept. 11 - $792.5/mnth

A two-bedroom apartment in La Scala has one master room available for the summer(from roughly June 24 to September 11). It is very large and big enough for two people with two single twins beds and two desks with chairs. The rent is 792.5 dollars per month and could be splitted among the two roommates. The rent includes also water, trash, sewage, and gas. Electricity and internet are not included in the rent and must be paid separately. Laundry rooms are available on each floor. One parking slot available and there's a security on patrol in the parking area. There is also a large pool, a gym, and club house. Living room and kitchen is fully furnished. It is very close to UCSD, and we prefer two girls or a couple. It is okay if one girl wants to rent the entire room. You just need to bring your desk(s)(also the chair(s))and bed(s).
