Summer Room near UCSD in Furnished Two-Bedroom Apt - $837

I'm a third year UCSD student who will be out of town this summer and I'm looking for someone to sublet my bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment.

It's a huge room, 250 square feet, and it comes FURNISHED with a bed, desk, dresser, closet, an attached full bathroom, and a 20-inch TV. In the other bedroom will be my brother, a quiet first-year grad student. It's a first floor apartment with a small covered patio and quiet neighbors. It's very comfortable, and we've got kitchen/living room stuff (couch, TV, plates, silverware) you can use too. The sublet has almost everything; you pretty much just have to bring sheets and clothes.

The complex is Archstone UTC. Your room comes with a parking space and the complex's 24-hour maintenance guarantee. There's a pool, a little gym, and a big laundry room. The apartment's about a block from the UTC mall, and half a block to the bus stops (Metro and Cityshuttle). Campus is about 1.5 miles from the apartment.

Rent is $837/mo and half of utilities. You can move in the weekend after finals and you can stay through the beginning of September. If you can find someone to occupy the other room after my brother moves out in September, you can extend the lease as long as you want.
