I have a room available for rent in a 2 bedroom/1 bath duplex in the Bay Ho / North Clairemont area. Central location near 52 freeway. Garage available for storage. Fenced in front and back yards. My roommate just got married, so he is moving out. I prefer someone who is easy going, does not smoke or do drugs, is neat (not anal), and likes dogs. If interested, please call me at (858) 442-0445.
